Job description:

Welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic.
Escorting patients to appropriate waiting areas and treatment rooms.
Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment in the waiting areas.
Answering questions from patients and visitors and providing them with appropriate information.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Collaborate with the medical team to provide an efficient and pleasant clinic experience.

Job requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Representative appearance and professional appearance.
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Availability on Sundays, with flexibility to work extra hours if required.
Experience in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
