Cancellation (injectables/skin treatments)

Failure to attend an injectables or skin enhancement treatment will result in a charge of 50 per cent of the applicable rate. Skin+Surgery will charge the client a minimum of 75 euros if:

- consultation appointments should be cancelled 48 hours or less in advance;
- treatment appointments should be cancelled 2 working days or less in advance;
- the client does not appear at the scheduled appointment.

Deposits on scheduled treatments/surgeries are not fully refundable if the scheduled treatment/surgery is cancelled. In all cases, the following fees will be charged: Cancellation and administration fee 175 euros

Cancellation (operations)

If you cancel the operation scheduled by Skin Surgery Clinics within a period of fourteen days before the operation date, we are obliged to charge you for the costs, namely the entire amount of the operation. At all times, we will charge a 175 euro cancellation and administration fee.

If you have to cancel your surgery within the aforementioned 14-day period for an urgent reason, we will refund to you 50% of the amount you have already paid. However, you must then provide proof of the urgent reason at the first request of the doctor and/or anaesthesiologist.

As an urgent reason we apply:

- When it can be medically demonstrated that you are not reasonably able to undergo the planned procedure;
- On the death of a partner or relative up to the second degree;

Late for your appointment

If you are late for your appointment, we ask that you inform us by phone as soon as possible. This way our specialists can see what is still possible for you. As we work with a schedule, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will go ahead. Costs may be charged.

Images and audio

At Skin + Surgery Clinics, unsolicited filming or sound recordings are not permitted. You must request written permission for this by e-mail.

No children allowed in the clinic

You should be aware that there can be no supervision during treatment and it is therefore not a safe environment for your child. As professionals, we feel responsible which means children are not allowed in our clinic.

Pregnancy

Because insufficient research has been done into what effect fillers and wrinkle relaxers have on babies, we do not treat you when you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Skin + Surgery clinics does not want to take any risks for you and your baby in this. We are happy to inform you more about the treatments you can undergo.

Payment

After the treatment, you will need to pay the full amount at the clinic discussed during the consultation. You can pay with your debit card, credit card or cash at Skin + Surgery Clinics. Surgical treatments and treatments over 1,000 euros must be paid in full before the start of treatment.

Medical questionnaire

You should complete a medical questionnaire truthfully prior to a consultation/treatment in preparation for the treated cosmetic doctor.

Animals

Animals are not allowed in the clinic at SkinSurgery Clinics due to hygiene reasons.

18+

We do not treat clients under the age of 18. This applies to all injectable and surgical treatments. However, clients under 18 can schedule a facial. If we are in doubt about age, we can ask for identification at the clinic prior to the appointment.

Not allowed

At Skin + Surgery Clinics, it is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, consume alcohol or food.
