Highest quality Cancellation terms (injectables/skin treatment)
If a laser, injectables or skin improvement treatment is missed, an amount of 50 percent of the applicable rate will be charged. Skin+Surgery will charge the client at least 75 euros if:
– consultation appointments are canceled 48 hours or less in advance;
– treatment appointments are canceled 2 working days or less in advance;
– the client does not appear for the scheduled appointment.
Deposits on scheduled treatments/surgery are not fully refundable if the scheduled treatment/surgery is cancelled.
Children in the clinic
You should bear in mind that you cannot supervise the treatment when you take your child with you. As a clinic, we also feel responsible and we advise you not to bring a minor child with you during treatment. If nuisance/nuisance is caused during your treatment, the specialist will not be able to properly perform his or her work.
Pregnancy
Because insufficient research has been done into the effect of fillers and wrinkle relaxers on the baby, we do not treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Skin + Surgery clinics does not want to take any risks for you and your baby. We are happy to inform you more about the treatments that you can undergo.
Cancellation terms (operations)
If you cancel the operation planned by Skin Surgery Clinics within a period of 10 (ten) working days before the date of operation, we are obliged to charge you for the costs, namely the entire amount of the operation.
If for urgent reasons you have to cancel your operation within the aforementioned period of 14 days, we will refund 50% of the amount already paid by you. You must then submit proof of the urgent reason at the first request of the doctor and/or anaesthesiologist.
We use the following as an urgent reason:
– When there is medical evidence that you are reasonably unable to undergo the planned procedure
– In the event of the death of a partner or family member up to and including the second degree.
Payment
After the end of the treatment, you must pay the full amount at the clinic, which was discussed during the consultation. You can pay at Skin + Surgery Clinics with your debit card, credit card or cash. Surgical treatments must be fully paid before the start of treatment.
Medical Questionnaire
Prior to a consultation / treatment, you must truthfully complete a medical questionnaire in preparation for the cosmetic doctor being treated.
Animals
Animals are not allowed in the clinic at Skin + Surgery Clinics due to safety reasons. hygiene reasons.
Too late for your appointment
If you are late for your appointment, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible by telephone. This way our specialists can see what is still possible for you. Because we work with a schedule, we cannot guarantee that your appointment can go ahead.
18+
We do not treat clients under the age of 18. This applies to all injectable and surgical treatments. However, clients under the age of 18 can schedule a facial treatment. If we are unsure about the age, we can ask for identification at the clinic prior to the appointment.
Footage and audio
At Skin + Surgery Clinics it is not allowed to film or make sound recordings without being asked. You must request written permission for this by e-mail.
Not allowed in our clinic
At Skin + Surgery Clinics it is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, consume alcohol or food.
