Breath therapy
Breathing seems so obvious. Yet relaxing and healing breathing is quite an art. Much of your energy comes from your breathing. Oxygen is needed for all your body's cells. If you are not breathing properly, your body cannot function optimally. Breathing can be done in different ways. For instance, you breathe differently while running than while sleeping. But you may also notice that you hold your breath when opening your mailbox or during a difficult conversation at work.
Often we are in a hurried mode when in fact we function better by relaxing. During breath therapy, you learn to breathe connectedly. This is a self-healing and transformative process. Connected breathing integrates suppressed thoughts and emotions. As a result, you create more space and clarification in your subconscious.
