Front and back office assistant at SkinSurgery Clinics

As front and back office, you are the first face of SkinSurgery Clinics. You welcome clients with a smile, guide them to the right room and make sure they immediately feel at ease. With your presentable appearance and customer-oriented attitude, you will make every experience in our clinic special.

This is what you will do:

• Welcoming and escorting clients and visitors to waiting areas or treatment rooms
• Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment in the clinic
• Answering questions and providing clients with the right information
• Scheduling appointments and processing payments
• Working with the medical team to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer journey

This is you

• You have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming attitude
• You have a presentable appearance and a professional appearance
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language (must!)
• You are stress-resistant and can keep a good overview
• You are available on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Experience in a similar customer-facing role is a plus
