The treatment starts like any other professional facial, with a deep cleansing of your pores. However, the HydraFacial goes much deeper, thanks to the unique HydraPeel attachment. This sucks all make-up and dirt from the skin, as it were. A mix of botanicals is used during the cleansing process, with hydrating and soothing ingredients.
Peeling
You then enter the peeling phase, where a mix of glycolic and salicylic acid is used to remove the dead, top layer of skin cells and reveal a radiant complexion. As with any chemical, exfoliating treatment, this can cause a tingling sensation. However, we use a mild exfoliant, and it would therefore not sting or burn.
The aim of this first phase is to remove the upper layers of skin and dead cells, allowing the serums to penetrate deeper into the skin. This gives you the most beautiful and long-lasting final result.

Then, using Vortex-Fusion technology, a vacuum-like tip sucks blackheads and any remaining impurities deep out of your pores. This step stimulates lymphatic drainage, boosting circulation and draining excess fluid and waste.
Depending on your sensitivity level or desired results, the skin therapist can choose from six different attachments for the device. These range from gentle to more powerful.

In the third phase, your face is provided with a targeted serum, a tailor-made cocktail of hydrating ingredients, antioxidants, peptides and collagen.

Before you leave, a moisturiser is applied to the skin. No further aftercare is required and you can go about your day as usual. However, your skin may be a little red because blood circulation has been stimulated.

Does the treatment hurt?
No, the treatment does not hurt. In fact, the HydraFacial is perceived as very pleasant and relaxing! In addition, the skin therapist can choose from six different attachments for the device, these range from gentle to stronger - depending on your problem, goal and sensitivity.
Can you have HydraFacial filler and injectable (btx) treatments at the same time?
Many people, in conjunction with their HydraFacial treatment, also make an appointment for fillers and/or injectables (btx) straight away. This is no problem at all, provided they are done in the right order.
If you schedule the HydraFacial first, you can go on to another treatment afterwards. If you have had fillers or other injectables first, it is better to wait 10-14 days before coming for the HydraFacial.
When will you see results and how long will they last?
Even after one treatment, you will see an improvement as HydraFacial brightens the skin overall. Your skin is deeply hydrated, glowing and has a more even complexion. These results should last for at least five to seven days. Long-term results can be achieved through a series of monthly HydraFacials and maintenance treatments.
