Team Leader at SkinSurgery Clinics

As team leader, you will ensure that our teams at the The Hague and Bergschenhoek locations can work professionally, efficiently and with enjoyment. You are an important point of contact for employees, monitor daily operations and ensure that planning, communication, quality and work agreements align well.

• You have an eye for talent and potential within the team. You help employees to develop further and become better in their role.
• You quickly spot opportunities to make work processes smarter, clearer, and more efficient, both within and between locations.
• You do what you say and say what you do. You ensure clear communication, set clear expectations, and provide a safe working environment.
• You are continuously working on improvements in quality, planning, client satisfaction, and team development.
• Together with the management team, you will contribute to improvement plans, staffing, operational structure, and future growth.
• You ensure that our teams continue to grow in knowledge, skills, hospitality, and professional appearance.
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of operational processes, from planning and staffing to working agreements, handover, follow-up, and quality control.

About you: Our New Team Leader

• You want to grow. You are applying for the Team Leader position, but also envision a broader operational role for yourself in the future, for example, moving towards Operations Manager.
• You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a management or operational role, preferably in a multi-site environment such as healthcare, clinic, hospitality, retail, or another service-oriented organisation.
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a comparable field.
• You have demonstrable experience in team management, process improvement, and keeping the daily operations running smoothly.
• Your communication skills are strong. You are clear and direct, but always respectful and professional.
• You don't shy away from challenging situations. You remain calm, keep an overview and bring structure.
• You are socially strong and approachable, but make decisions based on facts, agreements, and the organisation's best interests.
• You are consistent, reliable, meticulous, and determined.
• You are strong in planning, organisation, and prioritisation.
• You can switch well between the shop floor, management, and medical professionals.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and can manage well in English.
• Affinity with the cosmetic or medical industry would be an advantage.
