How long do you see results from a Profhilo treatment?
A Profhilo treatment gives optimal results when done as a course of treatment. The advice is to undergo an average of 3 treatments, at intervals of about 4 weeks. For younger skin, 2 treatments are often sufficient. The result of a course of treatment lasts on average 9 months to a year.
Who is a suitable candidate for Profhilo?

What does a Profhilo treatment look like?
Like other injectable treatments, Profhilo is a relatively easy and quick treatment, taking an average of only 15 minutes.
Profhilo is administered in a standard pattern of five injections on each side of the face: in front of the ears, in the nasolabial fold, in the chin, under the eyes, and on the upper cheeks. After each injection, you may experience a tingling sensation for up to 90 seconds as the substance settles into the skin.
After the treatment, you can resume your daily activities. You may see some small mosquito bites, although these disappear within 12 to 24 hours.
What are disadvantages of Profhilo treatment?
The results of a Profhilo treatment are natural and subtle. Your skin will look fresher, rested, and healthy. If you want a dramatic change in your face, another treatment might be more suitable.
If there are clear signs of aging, or a specific wrinkle or annoyance, a more targeted filler, such as Juvéderm or Restylane, will be a better option. Profhilo is applied only to the mid and lower facial areas. The forehead is therefore not treated. To address this area, Profhilo can be combined with another injectable treatment, such as a wrinkle relaxer.
