3 steps, 30 minutes, the most beautiful glow!

I would like to introduce you to something new! From August, a special treatment will be added at Skin+Surgery Clinics' skin centres in The Hague and Bergschenhoek. The HydraFacial treatment! This is a stimulating spa treatment with advanced technology to improve and optimise the condition of the skin. In 3 steps, 30 minutes, a beneficial facial treatment and the most beautiful glow! Of course, I got to test and experience the treatment first ?

Before the treatment, I was given a comprehensive skin analysis and my skin was assessed with the Skinscope. Personally, my biggest skin wish is radiant skin without blemishes. I would also like to optimise the condition of my skin to combat premature skin ageing. The skin analysis showed that my skin is currently dehydrated, resulting in a dry and tight feeling. The skin expert gave me a product recommendation from SkinCeuticals to give my skin extra support and get the most out of the treatment.

CLEANSING + EXFOLIATION

The first step of the HydraFacial™ treatment is a comprehensive cleansing and exfoliation. For this, the skin expert uses the first handpiece. The unique, spiral tip is pulled across my skin in orbits and the hermetic suction provides intensive cleansing and exfoliation, removing dead skin cells and sebum. This provides unparalleled, non-invasive skin renewal. Through this step, the skin is able to better reflect daylight, making the skin look even more radiant and healthy.

EXTRACTIONS + HYDRATION

In the second step of the HydraFacial™ treatment, the skin expert uses a different handpiece and a non-irritating, effective blend of glycolic acid and salicylic acid is used to loosen dirt and residue (deep in the pores). This prevents the formation of impurities and acne. Due to the strong vacuum suction effect, impurities and clogged pores are painlessly removed. In the process, the skin is moisturised with intense moisturisers.

LODGE + PROTECT

In the final step of the HydraFacial™ treatment, the skin expert uses a handpiece where the pro-antioxidant formula with powerful peptides and hyaluronic acid is applied to the skin. This provides detoxification, rejuvenation and repair. The result is healthy skin in structure and function, with a radiant glow.

Immediately after the treatment, my skin feels wonderfully soft and I have an even, beautiful glow. My skin feels hydrated (less dry and tight) and comfortable. So this is the ideal treatment to boost the skin. The skin expert says that this treatment is also ideal for improving fine lines & wrinkles, elasticity & firmness and an even complexion & skin texture.
